Policies workshop
On Saturday June 12 we held an institutional policies workshop to determine the
YMCA’s top priorities in the next 5 years. The following areas were discuess
at the event : the general balance of the YMCA, children’s policies, youth
policies, local development, citizen participation and financial strategy. Each
area will prepare documents for the Executive Committee, which will present a
operational proposal to the National Board. National board members, branch directors
and staff participated in the workshop.
